Swing in Schools

Are you a dance teacher wanting to give your students an exciting taste of the vintage dance world of the 30's and 40's?

Swingtopia Dance can come to your school and teach your students an exciting choreography based on swing dancing!  Unlike other modern forms of dancing, swing dancing is influenced more by African ways of dancing and tap dancing.  Swing dancing is a very physical form of dancing, full of energy, jumps, and aerials.

Swingtopia Dance has taught at many schools, most recently Applecross Senior Highschool and Willetton Senior High School, the latter at which the students performed for their arts night.  We focus on high quality, high engagement teaching that works with a diversity of students and gets them excited for the next lesson!  Each choreography is individually tailored to each group to ensure that each and every student can feel included and participate in the dance, no matter what their level of ability is.
